COMMUNITY SERVICE

DAVID L. GANZ has served as President of the American Numismatic Association, the largest educational non-profit group of coin collectors in the world (chartered by the U.S. Congress) from 1993-1995. He previously served as a board member from 1985-1995 and as legislative counsel from 1978 to 1995.

He also is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Industry Council for Tangible Assets (since 1983) and has served as special counsel to ICTA for more than 15 years. And also served as general counsel to the National Association of Coin & Precious Metals Dealers before it merged with ICTA in 1985.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors (since 1985) of the Token and Medal Society

David L. Ganz was elected to the Borough Council in Fair Lawn in 1997; he was elected Mayor of the 4th largest municipality in Bergen County, New Jersey on January 1, 1999. He was reelected in 2000 and again in 2001 for a third term as Mayor.

JERRIETTA R. HOLLINGER has served as a member of the board of directors of the Mt Vernon Bar Association. For a number of years, she was assistant corporation counsel to a company that trades on the new York Stock Exchange. She is the author of "Discrimination in Health Insurance" in 4 Univ. of Md. Law Forum 147 (1974) as well as "Forming an Investment Club" in The Numismatist, July, 1990. She is a graduate (B.S.S., summa cum laude) of Loyola College and has her J.D. from University of Maryland Law School, and an LL.M. (taxation) from New York University.

TERI NOEL TOWE has lectured widely on musicology and J.S. Bach both in the United States, and abroad (at the invitation of host governments). A graduate of Princeton University and University of Virginia Law School, he is the author of "Record Piracy" in 22 ASCAP Copyright Symposium 243-277 (1977), "Appraising Personalty for Estate Tax Purposes" in the National Law Journal, vol. 3 #27, 1981, and other publications.
